I ran across this the other day in some of my readings and I wanted to pass this on to you.
Because God is Holy and Just,
He cannot ignore your sins
But, because of His great love for you,
He cannot ignore you!
Therefore, God punished Himself on a piece of wood
He became a criminal so that you might be pronounced innocent.
He became bound that you might be free!
Just know that God loves you so much! His son's death wasn't in vain. It was done so that we might be free. Take some time today or tomorrow to just meditate and think upon these words. They are so true for all of us.
Remember He became bound that you might be free today, right now; not later!
